We have begun the transition of Wayfinder from Digital Extremes to Airship Syndicate.
We thank Digital Extremes for helping jumpstart Wayfinder and getting us to this point in our journey.
Airship Syndicate owns the Wayfinder IP, and we have no plans to stop developing the game. We look forward to continuing to grow the game alongside our players as we take on operations.
The game has a long way to go in Early Access, but with belief from our players and our dedicated Airship crew, we can - and will! - get there.

SIGN UP FOR THE CLOSED BETA
Did somebody say, “Beta Announcement”?! Get ready, the Closed Beta starts next week on February 28 for PlayStation 5 and PC players! We have been constantly watching, reviewing and listening to all the feedback from you eager Wayfinders and are working our way through each Closed Beta to bring you the best experience when the game fully releases later this year.
There is a lot of excitement on our end to see what you think of the Closed Beta, and how your fight with the Gloom evolves. If you haven’t signed up yet, you can register at playwayfinder.com for the chance to play next week and the following Closed Beta!
EARLY ACCESS
Interested in what’s coming later this year? How about some Early Access news? Brace yourselves, Wayfinders, it’s coming May of this year! Opening up on PC and exclusively on PS4 and PS5 consoles, Wayfinders new and old will be entering Skylight to stand together and keep reality from falling apart. Early Access is an opportunity for players to see the latest builds, join the community, and help shape Wayfinder as it gets ready for its full release later this year.
How do you get into Early Access? Glad you asked! Arriving with Early Access will be the Founders Pack Program.
Purchasing a Founders Pack will unlock Early Access and give Wayfinders a chance to join in the adventure before the game’s full release later this year. We’re also incredibly excited to announce that we do not plan to reset progression or wipe during Early Access meaning this will truly be the start of your adventure in Evenor.
FOUNDERS PACK
The Founder’s Packs are our way of putting together the final pieces of the game in place in cooperation with our most dedicated supporters! We want to reward these Wayfinders not only with Early Access to the game, but also with unique and valuable items that will never be able to be obtainable outside these packs. Multiple tiers will be available allowing player choice, as well as upgrades. Each tier includes awesome and exclusive items such as cosmetics, pets, mounts and more, check out the preview below.
WAYFINDER SEASONS
We will be releasing content in seasons beginning in Early Access, which will contain two separate seasons. Each season will last approximately three months. Each Season will include a brand new character as well as their signature weapon.
Not only will new Wayfinders and their weapons be available with each Season. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore new events sprawling across the Highlands and other open-world environments, overcome new challenges in Lost Zone expeditions, collect and craft new accessories and echoes, face dangerous new foes in every corner of The Gloom and immerse yourself in a rich story between characters and players alike!
